Since 2010, Timberline Safety & Environmental (TSE) has been providing safety training and consultation to small businesses and corporations throughout the Rocky Mountains and Midwest. TSE is passionate about worker safety and helping businesses become compliant with federal and state regulations. TSE prides itself on superior customer service and customizing training and safety programs to the specific needs of the client. TSE is a sole proprietorship, founded by Check Emnett, located in Western Montana.
Chuck Emnett is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 30 years of experience in the safety and emergency preparedness fields. Chuck is passionate about safety and delivers high quality consulting and training services to his clients. He has expertise in:

In 2010, Chuck started TSE in order to offer his expertise independently to provide customized safety training and consulting services to clients. TSE has served a number of established clients since its inception, and has continued to increase its client base.
Chuck is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and currently works full-time as Safety Program Manager and Associate Emergency Manager for the University of Montana.
Prior to working for the University of Montana, Chuck managed the Safety & Environmental Department at Trusight, Inc., for 13 years, providing both safety training and consulting services to over 700 clients. Prior to this, he was the Safety and Health Manager at Aptus Environmental Services in Lakeville, MN.
Previous to these appointments, Chuck taught biological and environmental sciences at both the college and high school level. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Biological Sciences from The Ohio State University and South Dakota State University respectively.
